Job Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Study Coordination

  • Plan, initiate, and coordinate clinical trials under the guidance of the Principal Investigator.
  • Ensure adherence to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory standards.

2. Participant Recruitment and Screening

  • Identify and screen potential participants for the study.
  • Organize recruitment activities and maintain detailed screening records.

3. Informed Consent Process

  • Facilitate the informed consent process, ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of the consent process.

4. Data Collection and Management

  • Accurately collect, record, and validate study data.
  • Conduct regular checks to maintain data integrity and completeness.

5. Site Management

  • Serve as a liaison between investigative sites and study teams.
  • Assist with regulatory document preparation and submission.

6. Safety Reporting

  • Monitor and report adverse events following regulatory requirements.
  • Work with the study team to prioritize participant safety.

7. Training and Development

  • Participate in training programs to enhance clinical research expertise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant life sciences field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in BA/BE studies.
