Job Responsibilities

Key roles and responsibilities include:

1. Team Management
   • Oversee daily team activities to ensure timely and quality delivery.
   • Delegate tasks effectively and manage project assurance roles within the agreed reporting framework.
   • Motivate and direct team members to achieve organizational goals.
2. Project Oversight
   • Apply technical and quality strategies to meet client requirements.
   • Monitor project progress and resource utilization, addressing escalations promptly.
   • Regularly plan and review project milestones with senior management.
3. Documentation and Review
   • Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process-related documentation.
   • Perform quality reviews of daily reports and logs in compliance with SOPs.
   • Document call/source information from various sources.
4. Compliance and Audit Support
   • Address deviations by determining root causes and implementing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
   • Support health authority inspections and audits.
5. Team Development
   • Conduct quarterly performance reviews for individual team members and provide constructive feedback.
   • Arrange and lead team huddles to align on goals and progress.

Qualifications and Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) or equivalent role in Pharmacovigilance.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.

Job Details:

• Location: Hyderabad/Delhi.
• Shift: Night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
• Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a 1-month notice period (buyout options available).
• Facilities: No cab services or remote work options available.
