1. Medical Information Associate (MICC) โ 10 Openings
- Department:ย Pharmacovigilance / Medical Information Call Center
- Shift Timings:ย 9:00 PM โ 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Location:ย Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
- Qualification:ย BPharma / MPharma / PharmaD
- Experience:ย Freshers & Experienced (6 months PV training mandatory)
- Employment Bond:ย 18 months
2. MICC Manager โ 1 Opening
- Experience Required:ย 3+ years in Pharmacovigilance/Medical Information
- Leadership Skills:ย Team handling, quality oversight, and process improvement
- CTC:ย Negotiable based on experience

For Medical Information Associates (MICC):
โ Primary Role (Call Handling):
- Manageย inbound/outbound callsย forย AEs, Product Complaints, Medical Inquiries.
- Documentย spontaneous & solicited reportsย (adverse events, medication errors).
โ Secondary Role (Quality Review):
- Audit source documents for accuracy.
- Maintainย daily productivity & quality reports.
For MICC Manager:
โ Oversee team performance & training.
โ Ensure compliance with PV regulations.
โ Lead process improvements & audits.
๐ Key Requirements
โ Associates:
- 6 months ofย PV trainingย (certification preferred).
- Strongย communication & documentation skills.
- Willingness to workย night shifts.
โ Manager:
- 3+ years inย PV/Medical Information.
- Experience inย team leadership & quality control.
- Knowledge ofย global PV guidelines (GVP, ICH, FDA).
โ Common Requirements:
- 18-month bondย (for associates).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- No WFH option.
