Job Opportunities
We are currently hiring for Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) roles in Hyderabad and Delhi. This includes Call Handlers and Quality Reviewers, offering an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in pharmacovigilance and medical information management.
Position Details:
- Experience: 5-6 years
- Location: Hyderabad/Delhi
- Timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night shift)
- Availability: Immediate or within 1 month notice
- Note: Employees seeking positions in other locations must be willing to work in the Hyderabad office for at least 6-8 months. No work-from-home or hybrid options available. No cab facilities provided.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities for Call Handlers:
- Manage voicemails and handle inbound and outbound calls related to Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs).
- Prepare source documents for spontaneous and solicited reports, identifying AEs, product complaints, legal complaints, medication errors, and special case scenarios.
Secondary Responsibilities for Quality Reviewers:
- Conduct quality reviews of all source documents prepared by MICC associates.
- Identify errors and document them in the quality review tool daily.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality trackers to ensure compliance with company standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) or relevant experience in pharmacovigilance.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively manage inquiries and communicate findings.
Compensation
The Cost to Company (CTC) will be determined based on interview performance. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your expertise and contributions.
