Key Responsibilities
- Product Analysis:
- Perform microbiological analysis of products as per regulatory standards.
- Conduct analytical tests such as moisture, salt, and acidity percentage for processed products.
- Certifications:
- Work on certifications related to microbiological analysis.
- Oil Testing:
- Analyze parameters such as TPM (Total Polar Materials), FFA (Free Fatty Acids), and PV (Peroxide Value).
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all analytical and testing processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification:
- UG/PG degree in Microbiology (Freshers are welcome).
- Skills:
