Key Responsibilities – Quality Control (Micro Labs Hosur)
- Perform analysis of Raw Materials (RM), In-process, and Finished Product (FP) samples (Tablets, Capsules, Ointments)
- Operate and maintain sophisticated instruments: HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution Apparatus, etc.
- Handle process validation and cleaning validation sample analysis
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and data integrity principles
- Investigate OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and laboratory deviations
- Comply with regulated and semi-regulated market guidelines (USFDA, EU, WHO, etc.)
- Maintain quality systems in the analytical laboratory as per current regulatory standards
Qualifications & Experience Required
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry)
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control
- Mandatory expertise in HPLC, GC, stability studies, validation, and wet lab analysis
- Strong knowledge of data integrity, GLP, and regulatory audits
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
