Manager / Senior Manager – Quality Control

This position demands a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all aspects of Plant Quality Control operations at our Kumbalgodu facility. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring unwavering compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving Compliance: Implementing and maintaining rigorous adherence to GMP and GLP regulations throughout all QC laboratory activities. This includes meticulous documentation, thorough audits, and proactive identification and resolution of any compliance gaps.
- Analytical Operations Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the analytical laboratory, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate results, and the proper utilization of advanced analytical equipment. This involves optimizing laboratory processes and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Regulatory Submissions: Playing a pivotal role in preparing and submitting regulatory documentation, collaborating closely with relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals and ongoing compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Leading initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance. This involves implementing innovative methodologies and technologies to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
- Team Leadership and Development: Mentoring, training, and guiding a team of QC analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. This includes developing and implementing analyst training programs, qualification initiatives, and performance monitoring systems.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in Quality Control laboratories within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) or Bachelor’s/Master’s of Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm). A strong academic background in analytical chemistry or a related field is highly desirable.
Executive – Engineering (Process Engineering / Utility & HVAC)

This position requires a skilled and experienced engineer to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining optimal process performance and ensuring the reliable functioning of essential utility systems. Responsibilities include:
- Process Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance overall output. This involves identifying and implementing process improvements based on data analysis and best practices.
- Utility and HVAC Management: Overseeing the operation and maintenance of utility systems (e.g., water treatment, compressed air, power generation) and HVAC systems, ensuring reliable performance and preventing disruptions to manufacturing operations.
- Preventive Maintenance: Developing and implementing a proactive preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment failures and maximize the lifespan of critical assets.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs with external contractors when necessary, and ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing schedules.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a safe working environment for all personnel.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Process Engineering, Utility Operations, and/or HVAC maintenance within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical).
