Key Responsibilities
As an IPR Specialist, you will:
- Conduct Patentability, Freedom to Operate (FTO), Invalidity, and Validity searches.
- Perform technology landscape studies and patent landscape analysis.
- Prepare competitive intelligence reports and whitespace analysis.
- Monitor patent watch activities and emerging technology trends.
- Manage patent portfolio filing, prosecution, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with external patent attorneys and IP consultants.
- Support R&D teams through prior-art searches and patent mapping.
- Conduct market research and non-patent literature analysis for product development.
- Deliver analytical IP reports for management and business teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should possess:
- Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry (Biotech preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Hands-on experience with:

- Understanding of:
- Patent Law
