About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Executive to join our team in Amritsar. This role is perfect for freshers or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Business Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our product portfolio, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful implementation of company strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Doctor Engagement: Generate and convert doctors for our product portfolio.
- Secondary Sales: Achieve secondary sales targets by ensuring prescription generation.
- KOL Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including top physicians, endocrinologists, and cardiologists.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Sales Reporting: Provide day-to-day sales reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Customer Query Handling: Address and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Pharmacovigilance: Collect and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs) within 24 hours of awareness, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Job Requirements
