🧩 Key Responsibilities
As a Specialist Country Liaison – Regulatory Affairs, you will:
- Coordinate and manage post-approval submissions, renewals, and CMC variations.
- Support regulatory documentation readiness and Health Authority interactions.
- Manage regulatory data, artwork, labeling, and safety workflows.
- Ensure timely updates in Veeva Vault RIM, WebCenter, and other RA systems.
- Collaborate between international and local regulatory teams as a single point of contact (SPOC).
- Contribute to audit and inspection preparation.
- Drive data governance, quality, and automation initiatives in regulatory systems.
- Support training documentation and new system onboarding.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent.
- 1–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Project Management.
- Understanding of regulatory submission processes and QMS compliance.
- Experience using Veeva Vault RIM or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple timelines.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with automation, data quality, and digital compliance tools.
- Hands-on experience in CMC variations, renewals, and artwork coordination.
- Exposure to international regulatory submissions and process optimization.
