Position
Analyst – Discovery Solutions PMOps Business Support
The Analyst will support Product Managers, Management Managers, and Project Managers in Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Introduction activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate product, master, and web data using SAP and other business tools.
Responsibilities
- Support Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Introduction activities through SAP and web data maintenance.
- Review NPDI completeness and verify master data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform master data review, cleansing, enrichment, and consistency checks.
- Review Corpbase data compilation and cleansing.
- Troubleshoot Web PDP data.
- Support product lifecycle management and portfolio review activities.
- Assist the Project Management Office (PMO) with dashboards, data collection, meeting coordination, and reminders.
- Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs).
- Maintain defined quality and productivity standards.
- Ensure internal and external customer requirements are met on time.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Postgraduate degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Chemistry from a reputed university.
- Experience: 0–2 years in the scientific industry.
- Strong scientific knowledge and functional understanding of Life Sciences.
- Understanding of business operations roles and responsibilities.
