Your Role
As a Clinical Trial Feasibility Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic Operational Design Center (ODC), supporting study and Global Product Teams. Reporting to the Head of the Operational Design Center, you will conduct comprehensive data mining of internal and external databases to develop robust operational strategies for global clinical trials. Your analyses will cover disease backgrounds, current and future standards of care, competitive landscapes, and enrollment modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Research: Investigate scientific and clinical information, including disease backgrounds and treatment landscapes.
- Data Mining: Analyze internal and external databases to inform operational strategies, including site identification and enrollment scenarios.
- Operational Planning: Utilize site intelligence and local inputs for study-level planning and site list identification.
- Deliverables Consistency: Support the development of best practices and maintain detailed records of work.
- Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports with analyses, tables, and graphs.
- Collaboration: Participate in intra- and inter-departmental meetings, contributing to the evolution of ODC’s data and analytic capabilities.
Who You Are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business area.
- Experience: 3+ years in clinical trial feasibility within a CRO, vendor, or sponsor environment.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with operational and feasibility data applications in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and proactively address risks.
