1️⃣ Lab Documentation Specialist – Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage R&D and Production process orders, update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and recipes.
- Review and edit scientific protocols for Good Documentation Practice (GDP) compliance.
- Complete Technical Marketing Specifications (TMS) and update SMART workbooks.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotes for raw materials, request purchasing.
- Collaborate with chemists to ensure accurate documentation and timely project completion.
Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related.
- 1.5–2 years relevant lab or documentation experience.
- Skilled in ChemDraw or similar visualization tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
2️⃣ Assistant – Quality Control – Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely sampling, analysis, and retesting per turnaround timelines.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, IR, Titration, CHNS).
- Ensure first-time-right analysis and compliance with Quality Management System (QMS).
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement cost-saving Kaizens.
- Document results in lab notebooks, maintain registers, and ensure audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or M.Pharm/PhD.
- 2–5 years experience in pharma, specialty chemicals, or CRO.
- Proven method development and validation expertise.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
