Co-op/Apprentice (Non-Tech)
The position is part of the Office Support Career Stream, providing organizational support and services under supervision. The role focuses on GeM operations, data analysis, order and invoice tracking, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support the GeM team with OEM dashboard management.
- Manage reseller pairing and reseller activities.
- Perform catalog updation, creation, and management.
- Analyze existing categories and products on the GeM portal.
- Conduct competitor analysis.
- Perform win/loss analysis and competitor mapping.
- Track orders and fulfilment.
- Update the order tracker and support invoice-related activities.
- Generate quarterly reports.
- Collaborate with business teams for requirement gathering.
