Education: M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis / M.Sc. (General) Chemistry / Applied Chemistry
Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Development and Validation:
- Conduct AD/ADL/QC Validation for formulations in OSD.
- Perform Drug Products / Drug Substance Analytical Method Validation and Method Development for Nitrosamines.
- Manage Method Transfer and Stability Analysis for Nitrosamines.
- LCMS/MS Expertise:
- Utilize LCMS/MS for Genotoxicity Impurities.
- Execute Routine Activities for R&D Support.
- Calibrate LCMS/MS equipment and ensure accurate measurements.
- Analytical Method Equivalency:
- Assess and implement Method Equivalency for Drug Products and Drug Substances.
Required Skills
- Proficient in LCMS/MS operations and analysis.
- Experience in genotoxicity impurities testing.
- Strong understanding of method validation and development processes.
- Knowledge of stability analysis specifically related to nitrosamines.
