Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance โ QMS
- Review and closure of OOS, OOT and laboratory incidents with investigations.
- Handle deviation management activities.
- Participate in root cause investigation and CAPA tracking.
Validation & Qualification
- Manage equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and global regulatory standards.
- Track samples and document closure.
- Participate in root cause investigations and CAPA tracking.
IPQA
- Perform line clearance activities.
- Monitor manufacturing and packing operations in real time.
- Conduct in-process quality checks such as weight, hardness, friability and leak tests.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Identify, document and escalate deviations on the production floor.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm (mandatory for Quality Assurance โ QMS)
- Relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience as mentioned for each role.
- Good understanding of cGMP documentation, quality systems and manufacturing practices.
