Responsibilities of a Data Coordinator

As a Data Coordinator in the Core Laboratory team, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical data and supporting the operational needs of the company. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing Core Lab Data Management documents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Validating data transfers and verifying the accuracy of data edits.
  • Maintaining data integrity through clean-up, reviews, and necessary changes.
  • Coordinating external data transfers by managing the flow of information between teams and partners.

Qualifications Required

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a health-related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of professional experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to review and manage large datasets effectively.
