4C Pharma Solutions is seeking a Medical Reviewer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. If you are passionate about patient safety, scientific accuracy, and regulatory compliance, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Medically assess and evaluate adverse event (AE) reports for accuracy and completeness.
✔ Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations (FDA, EMA, MHRA, etc.).
✔ Provide scientific and medical input for safety narratives, case assessments, and aggregate reports.
✔ Collaborate with safety physicians, case processors, and QA teams to maintain high standards.
✔ Review and validate ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports) for regulatory submissions.
✔ Contribute to risk management plans (RMPs) and safety signal detection activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) – Mandatory.
✅ 2+ years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or medical review.
✅ Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, GVP, and regulatory guidelines.
✅ Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru.
