Key Responsibilities
- Review medical, scientific, and regulatory documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
- Proofread content in Veeva Vault for compliance with client and regulatory standards.
- Ensure grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines are adhered to across documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical writers, editors, and regulatory teams).
- Maintain high-quality documentation within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in medical proofreading, content review, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong command of English grammar, syntax, and medical terminology.
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar document management systems preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
