📝 Key Responsibilities

• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries from healthcare providers (HCPs), payers, and managed care organizations.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and scientifically sound information on Azurity’s products.
• Support and guide the Medical Information Call Center with escalated cases, training, and coaching.
• Develop and maintain a product knowledge database, including SRLs and FAQs.
• Analyze reports and metrics to identify insights, trends, and knowledge gaps.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
• Collaborate on content updates, knowledge-sharing presentations, and Promotional & Scientific Review Committees (PMRC & SRC).
• Assist in coordinating and reviewing legal contracts related to Medical Affairs activities.

🎓 Qualifications

• Preferred: PharmD, PhD, or advanced degree in health sciences.
• Considered: Bachelor’s/Master’s in health sciences (e.g., RN, RPh, NP, PA).
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Medical Affairs/Medical Information.
• Preferred training: Medical/Drug Information fellowship, residency, or industry postdoctoral training.
