Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing product complaints and regulatory reporting activities while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Process customer complaints and Medical Device Reports (MDRs).
- Open and maintain complaint records accurately.
- Collect and document complaint-related information.
- Communicate with customers through written and verbal follow-ups.
- Assess complaint reportability according to regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports, including MDRs.
- Evaluate complaints requiring investigation.
- Coordinate product sample retrieval for investigations.
- Respond to customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely closure of complaint cases.
- Monitor workflow and escalate issues when required.
- Handle internal and external complaint communications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor or train new team members when required.
- Support junior employees in complaint handling activities.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Engineering, or Scientific discipline.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Clinical Certification (RN, MT, or equivalent)
Equivalent experience of at least 3 years in the medical products industry may also be considered.
