Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Coding Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to interpret medical records and clinical documentation to assign accurate medical diagnosis and procedure codes. You will work with the ICD-10-CM standard for diagnosis codes, the CPT-4 standard for procedure codes, and HCPCS codes. Maintaining over 96% coding accuracy and meeting productivity standards is crucial. Continuous improvement is expected through regular feedback from the quality and training team, with a focus on achieving expertise in emergency department coding.

- Experience: 0 to 3 years
- Education: Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Age Limit: 30 years
