Job Description:
As an Intern in Marketing and Business Development at Ancillarie, your role will be crucial in driving business growth and establishing meaningful connections with clients. You will:
- Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers to initiate the sales process.
- Facilitate business requirement discussions with clients to determine how Ancillarie’s services can support their business goals.
- Generate top-of-the-funnel leads and arrange calls for senior management.
- Develop a deep understanding of Ancillarie’s offerings and create compelling narratives, messaging, value propositions, and supporting assets for marketing and sales campaigns across various platforms, including social media, conferences, and business meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management.
- Description includes a pleasing personality, positive attitude, zest for learning, and ability to be a team player.
- Attention to detail, respect for confidentiality, and effective communication skills are essential.
- Experience with cold calling, email writing, and good presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Highly motivated individuals with an enthusiasm for technology will have an advantage.
- Experience using social media tools for marketing and lead generation is beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Office; additional certification in MS Office or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is advantageous.
