Key Responsibilities
As the Vendor and Site Manager – Pharmacovigilance & Materiovigilance, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring high-quality, compliant case processing.
- Conducting quality reviews of ICSRs and device event reports.
- Supervising local Indian PV/MV teams and overseeing global collaboration.
- Reviewing adverse event reports for pre- and post-marketed products.
- Supporting regulatory submissions, literature searches, and data reconciliation.
- Preparing for audits, inspections, and ensuring inspection readiness.
- Leading training programs for vigilance teams and distributors.
- Implementing CAPA measures and process improvements.
- Collaborating with Medical, Regulatory, Clinical, and Quality teams.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- BS/MS/Doctorate in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related life sciences.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Pharmacovigilance or Materiovigilance experience.
- Prior experience managing direct reports in pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
- Familiarity with safety databases (LSMV, CATSWeb) and regulatory inspections.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in U.S. time zones when required.
