🔑 Key Responsibilities

As a Manager – Clinical Research, you will:

• Design clinical trials and provide protocol inputs for generic products and FDCs.
• Lead a team of scientists to execute trial design, monitoring, conclusion, and Medical Marketing Authorization (MMA).
• Oversee execution of Phase I–IV clinical trials and NDDS product development.
• Define objectives and calculate sample sizes for clinical trial protocols.
• Monitor and report Adverse Events (AE) / Serious Adverse Events (SAE).
• Manage site selection, evaluation, and investigator training.
• Guide trial sites to ensure smooth execution as per protocol requirements.

🎓 Qualifications

• MD (Pharmacology) degree is mandatory.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in clinical research or pharmacology.
