Job Description – Management Trainee (Business Development)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and business development materials.
- Participate in internal meetings, training, and client interactions to understand B2B sales.
- Maintain records of client communications, lead status, and follow-ups.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Regulatory, Bioanalytical) to understand service offerings.
- Generate reports on client inquiries, sales progress, and training insights.
- Support client relationship management by coordinating meetings and communications.
- Provide administrative support (scheduling, documentation, correspondence).
- Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships with other CROs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA + Bachelor’s in Pharmacy/Medicine/Biotechnology (M.Pharma, MSc, MD preferred).
- 0-3 years experience in BD, clinical research, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong implementation capabilities.
