Job Description: MIS Intern
Location: Faridabad, Haryana, India
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor processes from application review to certificate issuance within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Allocate files to technical reviewers as per scheme requirements and TAT.
- Track and send reminders to reviewers/auditors for pending reports.
- Follow up with clients for CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports as needed.
- Maintain and update client trackers for BRCGS, ISO 22000, FSSC, and other second-party audits.
- Demonstrate strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare monthly performance reports on process efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
✅ Education: Any Graduate
✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
✅ Communication: Strong written and spoken English
✅ Soft Skills: Result-oriented, problem-solving mindset, innovative thinking
