Roles & Responsibilities
As a Research Associate in Product Characterization, you will:
- Perform structural and functional characterization of proteins using advanced LC-MS techniques.
- Conduct impurity characterization and data analysis to support bio-similarity assessments.
- Plan and execute characterization experiments, ensuring adherence to DQA SOPs and advanced LC-MS applications.
- Draft scientific study protocols, reports, and presentations for method development, qualification, and dossier submissions to CMC/RA teams.
- Review MS data, document analyses, and report results accurately.
- Guide and mentor team members on sample preparation, LC-MS workflows, and data interpretation.
- Support cross-functional efforts, including charge variant and impurity characterization.
- Prepare method development and qualification reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Biochemistry. Postgraduate qualification in Biopharmaceutics or Analytical Chemistry is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of hands-on experience in protein characterization, with proven expertise in LC-MS-based structural/functional analysis and impurity profiling.
