Roles & Responsibilities
Production (Upstream & Downstream)
- Operate bioreactors, fermenters, and chromatography systems
- Handle TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) processes
- Perform aseptic filtration and maintain sterile environments
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance
Filling & Packaging
- Operate filling machines and ensure sterile filling processes
- Perform steam sterilization procedures
- Handle secondary packaging such as vial labeling and blister packing
- Maintain documentation and batch records
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure GMP compliance across operations
- Handle documentation, IPQA, and quality systems
- Conduct audits and ensure regulatory adherence
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, electrophoresis
- Conduct microbiology testing and SDS-PAGE analysis
- Maintain lab documentation and calibration records
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- BSc / MSc (Biotechnology, Microbiology)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Tech
- Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in biopharmaceuticals
- Candidates with 2โ10 years experience preferred
- Skills:
- Knowledge of bioreactors, chromatography, aseptic operations
- Experience in GMP environments
- Analytical skills in QC instruments
