Officer – Quality Assurance
This role focuses on ensuring compliance and quality in manufacturing operations at Lupin’s state-of-the-art biotech facility.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct visits to manufacturing and warehouse facilities to verify adherence to GMP requirements and approved procedures.
- Perform line clearance for process operations during manufacturing activities.
- Ensure facilities remain GMP-ready at all times, with timely follow-up and closure of findings per established procedures.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify and implement new procedures, including gap analysis of existing ones.
- Review and initiate QMS elements such as change control, deviations, CAPA, market complaints, and investigations.
- Prepare and review Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR) for manufactured products.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Post Graduation in Biotechnology.
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech quality assurance.

Executive Associate – Production Mammalian
Join the production team handling mammalian cell culture processes, maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and manufacturing areas.
- Ensure availability of clean room garments and accessories.
- Handle washing of glassware and other process accessories.
- Prepare disinfectants and perform daily cleaning activities.
- Autoclave materials required for processes.
- Monitor and update records for cold rooms and deep freezers.
- Clean and monitor LAFU, pass boxes, biosafety cabinets, and related instruments.
- Track area differential pressure, temperature, and relative humidity.
- Document all facility-related activities in the manufacturing area.
- Report any equipment or instrument failures to superiors.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduation in Biotechnology or Microbiology.
- 0 to 3 years of experience (freshers welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs in cleanroom environments.
