Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding and Documentation: Manage all aspects of new employee onboarding and ensure proper documentation.
  • Creation of Employee Codes: Generate appointment letters, ID cards, and visiting cards.
  • Distribution of Appointment Letters: Handle distribution to induction centers.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor payouts.
  • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excel Proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas.
