Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding and Documentation: Manage all aspects of new employee onboarding and ensure proper documentation.
- Creation of Employee Codes: Generate appointment letters, ID cards, and visiting cards.
- Distribution of Appointment Letters: Handle distribution to induction centers.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor payouts.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excel Proficiency: Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas.
