Department: Quality Assurance
Designation: Senior Executive and Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience for Sr. Executive, 5-8 years of experience for Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager in a GLP and R&D environment.
- Post-graduation (M.Pharm/M.Sc.) with a science background.
- Experience in Drug Discovery and Development.
- Experience in a Contract Research Organization is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review SOPs.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g., Deviations, Change Controls, Internal Audits).
- Knowledge of Vendor Qualifications.
- Review IQ/OQ/PQ documents.
- Document Control Procedures.
- Archival of documents.
- Knowledge of GLP (OECD) and GCP guidelines.
- Review data generated from Analytical (e.g., HPLC) and Molecular Biology (e.g., SDS page and Western blot).
- Review study plans/work plans, study protocols, test procedures, and study data for non-clinical and clinical studies.
- Audit experience with regulatory agencies and sponsors.
- Review of CSV documents is an added advantage.
