Key Responsibilities
The Site Support Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining communication with investigator sites and ensuring smooth workflows.
Patient Safety
- Prioritize patient safety in daily tasks.
- Promptly escalate patient safety concerns for resolution.
Administrative Support
- Prepare and deliver airway bills and shipping documents.
- Assist investigator sites with portal login and access issues.
- Communicate updates on new policies and procedures to sites.
Query Resolution
- Update databases with accurate information from investigator sites.
- Escalate unresolved issues to global coordinators.
- Investigate and respond to project-related queries effectively.
Compliance and Documentation
- Document service failures and work with global teams for resolution.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Track and report workflow data as per timelines.
Continuous Learning
- Complete onboarding and corporate training programs.
- Stay updated with process and system changes.
