Function Specific Responsibilities:
- Multi-task and Manage STPs: Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple Specimen Test Plans (STPs) across various client instances.
- Timeline Planning: Establish and meet or exceed business expectations for STPs and review schedules.
- Investigation and Resolution: Allocate time effectively for investigating and implementing resolutions.
- Troubleshooting and Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve errors.
- SOPs and Validation Standards: Leverage knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, validation standards, and work procedures to suggest improvements and provide training.
- Metrics Management: Support the management of performance metrics.
- Quality Issues: Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues as directed.
- Process Improvements: Suggest and support process improvements where necessary.
Customer Facing Responsibilities:
- Perform basic customer interface functions.
Metrics Responsibilities:
- Support the management of metrics.
- Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues as directed.
Staff and Financial Management:
- Understand the impact of activities on project budgets.
Process Improvement:
- Suggest process improvements.
- Support Six Sigma process improvement teams.
Training / SOPs:
- Review training materials for staff.
- Mentor and support other GSS employees in understanding and adopting STP to GlobalCODE®.
- Participate in SOP review teams as assigned.
Other Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist with special projects as designated.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
