Function Specific Responsibilities:

  • Multi-task and Manage STPs: Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple Specimen Test Plans (STPs) across various client instances.
  • Timeline Planning: Establish and meet or exceed business expectations for STPs and review schedules.
  • Investigation and Resolution: Allocate time effectively for investigating and implementing resolutions.
  • Troubleshooting and Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify and resolve errors.
  • SOPs and Validation Standards: Leverage knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures, validation standards, and work procedures to suggest improvements and provide training.
  • Metrics Management: Support the management of performance metrics.
  • Quality Issues: Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues as directed.
  • Process Improvements: Suggest and support process improvements where necessary.

Customer Facing Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic customer interface functions.

Metrics Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of metrics.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues as directed.

Staff and Financial Management:

  • Understand the impact of activities on project budgets.

Process Improvement:

  • Suggest process improvements.
  • Support Six Sigma process improvement teams.

Training / SOPs:

  • Review training materials for staff.
  • Mentor and support other GSS employees in understanding and adopting STP to GlobalCODE®.
  • Participate in SOP review teams as assigned.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Lead or assist with special projects as designated.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
