Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management & Operations
- Execute enterprise-level knowledge management (KM) initiatives
- Ensure compliance with KM frameworks, templates, and governance standards
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Conduct structured interviews to extract insights and success stories
- Convert complex inputs into clear, engaging narratives
- Align content with organizational tone and branding
AI-Enabled Content Development
- Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) for content creation
- Review and refine AI outputs for accuracy and quality
Publishing & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end publishing on internal KM platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders for timely content delivery
Data Analysis & Visualization
- Analyze and present insights using Power BI or similar tools
Required Qualifications
- 1โ2 years of relevant experience (content, consulting, communications)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize information into compelling narratives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Power BI and AI tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Fluency in English
