We are currently hiring for the position of Officer/Senior Officer in QC (HPLC). Position Overview: QC (HPLC) Officer/Sr. Officer
This crucial role within our Quality Control department demands a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our diverse product range, including oral solids, topical products, and cosmetics, through rigorous testing and adherence to stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- HPLC Analysis: Perform precise and accurate High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples. This includes meticulous data recording, interpretation, and reporting.
- Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) & Good Documentation Practices (GDP): Strictly adhere to and actively promote GLP and GDP within the Quality Control laboratory. This involves maintaining accurate records, following established procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deviation Investigation & CAPA: Investigate and document laboratory incidents, Out of Specification (OOS) results, Out of Trend (OOT) results, and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. This requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Method Validation: Participate in and conduct analytical method validations according to established departmental procedures and regulatory guidelines. This includes writing and executing validation protocols and compiling comprehensive reports.
- Collaboration & Communication: Effectively collaborate with the Quality Control Manager and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient communication. This includes contributing to the preparation of analytical method validation protocols and reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, ICH) and ensure all work is performed in compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master of Science (M.Sc.), or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or cosmetic QC laboratory setting, with proven expertise in HPLC analysis.
- Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Proficiency in HPLC instrumentation, data analysis software, and relevant analytical techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
