Job Responsibilities
As an Executive – Pharmacovigilance, you will:
- Perform case processing and data entry activities in the Argus Safety Database within defined timelines.
- Download, triage, upload, and book-in regulatory and EMA MLM ICSR reports.
- Manage literature screening, case triaging, and archiving efficiently.
- Ensure accurate MedDRA coding for all reported adverse reactions.
- Follow all pharmacovigilance SOPs, procedures, and guidelines strictly.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on safety data requirements.
- Stay updated with global pharmacovigilance legislation and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Support aggregate reporting and signal management in alignment with company and regulatory expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, preferably with experience in Argus Safety.
- Familiarity with MedDRA coding, ICSR case processing, and regulatory reporting workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and understanding of GVP guidelines.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
