Job Description
1. Synthesis/Discovery Chemistry Roles
- Conducting organic synthesis, purification, and characterization of compounds.
- Designing and optimizing synthetic routes for drug molecules.
- Working on multi-step synthesis, scale-up, and process optimization.
- Analyzing and interpreting analytical data (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS).
2. Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate
- Hands-on experience in laboratory techniques and documentation.
- Supporting research projects under senior scientists.
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety protocols.
3. Research Scientist
- Leading research projects in drug discovery.
- Mentoring junior team members.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for innovative solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: MSc (Organic Chemistry), M.Pharma (Pharmaceutical Chemistry), PhD (Organic Chemistry).
- Experience: 0-9 years in relevant field.
- Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, analytical techniques, and problem-solving abilities.
