Roles and Responsibilities
- Execution of multiple ongoing projects including greenfield and brownfield projects
- Managing project timelines, cost, scope, quality, and safety standards
- Preparing MIS reports for project progress, schedules, and cost tracking
- Conducting weekly meetings and tracking planned vs actual progress
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensuring availability of equipment and resources at site
- Establishing systems for equipment inspection, FAT, and SAT processes
- Handling installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
- Coordination with supply chain for procurement and delivery of systems
- Driving execution across engineering disciplines and ensuring design compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical or related field)
- Strong experience in pharmaceutical or industrial project execution
- Knowledge of project management tools and construction safety standards
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
