Qualification: Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry
Key Responsibilities
As a part of our Discovery Chemistry team, you will:
- Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis reactions.
- Develop structure-activity relationship (SAR) understanding and expand medicinal chemistry knowledge.
- Optimize and develop synthetic routes for targeted compounds.
- Characterize organic molecules using spectroscopic techniques like NMR, IR, and MS.
- Analyze and interpret research data, maintaining precise laboratory records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on synthetic challenges.
