Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Experience Required
- PhD freshers / Post Doc candidates: 1–3 years.
- Industry experience: 1–5 years.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry concepts.
- Hands-on capability in multi-step synthesis and route optimization.
- Knowledge of molecule characterization using NMR, IR, MS and related spectroscopic techniques.
- Ability to interpret research data and maintain reliable laboratory records.
- Scientific reporting, presentation and publication preparation skills.
- Awareness of IPR guidelines and intellectual property development processes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support junior researchers in solving synthetic chemistry challenges.
