Responsibilities
As a Biostatistics Intern, your key duties will include:
- Assist in preparing statistical documents: Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), randomization schemes, programming plans, etc.
- Perform statistical analyses and generate summary reports, tables, figures, and data visualizations.
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) on deliverables created by self or other team members to ensure accuracy.
- Support the interpretation of results and assist in drafting clinical study reports or manuscripts.
- Communicate any issues, assumptions, or discrepancies promptly with senior team members.
- Work collaboratively with the biostatistics & clinical operations team, execute assigned tasks with integrity and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills
We seek candidates with:
- A Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related discipline
- Strong foundation in statistical methods (e.g. hypothesis testing, regression models, survival analysis)
- Proficiency in SAS is mandatory; knowledge of R is a plus
