  • Use data analysis and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Support regulatory inspections, pharmacovigilance audits and health authority inquiries.
  • Assist with inspection preparation, interviews and responses.
  • Investigate pharmacovigilance compliance issues.
  • Support the development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Evaluate and verify CAPA effectiveness.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional pharmacovigilance projects.
  • Support process standardization and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Contribute to implementation and improvement of technologies including SafetyVerse, EZ Reporter and literature surveillance systems.
