🔑 Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst in the MI&C team, you will:
- Develop, review, and maintain engaging medical content such as scientific narratives, FAQs, MSL materials, and digital infographics.
- Provide accurate and balanced responses to healthcare professionals on AstraZeneca products.
- Conduct literature searches and evaluate scientific publications to support content development.
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, impactful, and audience-appropriate communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business priorities and regulatory standards.
- Review medical accuracy of scientific communication materials.
- Support strategic planning for product launches, congress support, and data updates.
- Contribute to digital innovation projects and process enhancements for efficiency and compliance.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD, M.Pharm, or equivalent).
- 3–4 years’ experience in scientific communications, medical writing, or related healthcare roles.
- Strong literature analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex data into clear, accurate, and engaging scientific content.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
Desirable:
- Experience in digital content development and digital communication strategies.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Mentoring/coaching experience for senior-level candidates.
