Roles & Responsibilities

Production

• Handle sterile, ophthalmic and nasal manufacturing operations.
• Operate filling, packaging and autoclave equipment.
• Perform aseptic operations while maintaining GMP compliance.
• Execute CIP/SIP, filtration, integrity testing and validation activities.
• Maintain documentation, hygiene and quality standards.
• Handle material movement, area cleaning and sanitization.

Quality Control (Analytical)

• Perform testing of raw materials, finished products and stability samples.
• Operate HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, TOC Analyzer and other analytical instruments.
• Execute analytical method validation and method transfer.
• Maintain GLP, ALCOA+ and data integrity compliance.
• Handle LIMS documentation and calibration activities.

Quality Assurance

• Perform line clearance and manufacturing oversight.
• Review BMR/BPR documentation and batch release activities.
• Investigate deviations and support CAPA implementation.
• Conduct vendor qualification and vendor audits.
• Prepare technical agreements and quality documentation.
• Manage vendor risk assessment and requalification activities.
