Key Responsibilities
As a Lab Data Analyst at IQVIA, you will:
- Execute data review, processing, and management for laboratory studies.
- Perform Python programming tasks for ongoing and ad-hoc projects.
- Create, review, and maintain data management documentation in compliance with SOPs.
- Conduct data quality checks before transmission to clients.
- Support data file specifications, configurations, and business rule development.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Mentor junior staff in data management and technical workflows.
- Participate in risk mitigation, issue escalation, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data integrity principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree (B.E., B.Tech, B.Pharm, or equivalent).
- 2โ4 years of relevant experience in Data Management and Python programming.
- Strong understanding of clinical data workflows, LIMS, and data validation.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and documentation best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data pipelines, data visualization, or statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with clinical data standards (CDISC, SDTM, etc.).
- Exposure to healthcare data compliance and GxP environments.
