Responsibilities in Job

As a Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) in Thane, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a Data Operations Coordinator for one protocol with fewer than 5 operations staff or managing 15+ easy to moderately complex central laboratory studies.
  • Leading specific data management tasks such as coding, testing, or database design under guidance.
  • Acting as a backup for a DOC or Data Team Lead (DTL) when required.
  • Conducting data reviews and resolving data clarifications.
  • Leading the database audit team and developing test databases and edit specifications.
  • Performing testing of programming and clinical data coding.
  • Ensuring compliance with core operating procedures and maintaining effective communication with the CDM team.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical, Biological, Mathematical Sciences, or a related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in lieu of a degree.

Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exposure to medical terminology and clinical data management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
