Job Description:
Join IQVIA as an Analytics Associate, where you’ll analyze data and create solutions to solve business problems across various practice areas including promotion response modeling, patient claims analytics, sales force strategy, incentive compensation, business intelligence, and modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process large-scale healthcare datasets using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and other database management systems.
- Analyze data and design custom solutions to uncover insights and solve clients’ problems.
- Develop recommendations and create PowerPoint presentations or online visualizations (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Sisense) to communicate results to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and others to learn new skills and train others.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline OR
- MSc/BSc/B.Pharm from top-tier institutions (IIT/NIT) OR
- 1-2 years of work experience in analytics
