As a Clin Resourcing and Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the day-to-day clinical operational activities within the APAC region. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver operational plans, ensure compliance with performance metrics, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  1. Resourcing and Operational Support
    • Drive the delivery of agreed regional resourcing numbers against quarterly budgets.
    • Provide accurate resource and performance summary reports.
    • Manage dashboards and metrics to ensure team compliance and goal achievement.
  2. Data Management and Reporting
    • Support the maintenance of tools and generate reports related to resourcing and EAC (Estimate at Completion).
    • Collaborate with regional resource contacts to ensure global data consistency and quality.
  3. Team Performance Tracking
    • Own and implement regional-specific resource and team performance tracking processes.
    • Maintain clear documentation of all processes and updates.
  4. Operational Efficiency
    • Manage APAC CL SharePoint and Teams sites to ensure documents are up-to-date.
    • Prepare slides for business meetings and manage the calendar of the APAC CL Head.
    • Maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, and team training records.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with APAC CL staff and regional stakeholders.
    • Adapt communication styles to work effectively across cultures.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare or other scientific discipline.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt cross-culturally.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
