Key Responsibilities
As a Project Associate I, your role will involve diverse tasks to support data management, project documentation, and maintenance activities:
Data Changes (50%)
- Author data change requests tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate implementation and ensure closure of data change requests.
Maintenance Tasks (30%)
- Resolve and address tickets, escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Investigate and manage resolution of operational tickets.
- Provide data setup support for System Query Resolution (SQR).
- Perform reconciliation tasks such as interim/study-end analysis from Data Management (DM).
Documentation (15%)
- Draft study-specific user guides, SUSR’s, HDSG, and finalize documents based on Project Manager (PM) feedback.
- Prepare slides for Investigator Meetings (IM) and update project communication tools.
Closeout Tasks (5%)
- Conduct study closeout checks.
- Download and organize reports in SharePoint.
Ad Hoc Tasks
- Fulfill other business needs as required.
Qualifications and Skills
